What you'll do

Drive initiatives supporting Customer Service Management business areas.
Manage the continuous operation and maintenance of the global SAP environment.
Lead cross-functional global teams on complex SAP projects.
Execute SAP configuration for service notifications, contracts, quotes, and order processing.
Manage S/4 HANA architecture migrations and core functionality updates.
Oversee B2B systems integration with third-party logistics, repair depots, and insurance partners.
Read and debug ABAP/4 development code to support technical requirements.

What we're looking for

6 years of experience in SAP Functional and Project Management in a Service Management, Sales and Distribution, or Order Management environment.
6 years of experience in SAP SD/SM.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
Experience leading cross-functional global teams on complex projects (preferred).
SAP configuration experience in service management/OTC functional areas (preferred).
Knowledge and experience of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, including core functionalities and migration (preferred).
Knowledge of ABAP/4 code reading/debugging and SAP technologies like UI5, Fiori, or BTP (preferred).
Experience with B2B systems integration with third-party logistics, repair depots, or insurance partners (preferred).
