What you'll do

Manage the development and delivery of large cross-functional platforms and solutions for internal teams.
Lead high-visibility enterprise data platform programs, including roadmap creation, OKR establishment, and status reporting.
Facilitate technical requirements brainstorming and design review sessions to provide architectural insights.
Drive consensus among multiple groups with diverse needs to align on a common execution plan.
Create and manage project schedules that identify critical paths and systematic dependencies.
Define products by identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable roadmaps.
Build and implement agile processes to maximize team adaptability across the organization.
Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and advocate for user-centric outcomes in technical decisions.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical related field, or equivalent industry experience.
4+ years of industry experience in a data or software engineering role.
4+ years of managing engineering projects and coordinating multiple teams toward common objectives.
Demonstrated experience with database design, SQL, and optimization techniques for large-scale data warehousing solutions like Snowflake.
Experience managing complex data projects with AI/ML components (preferred).
Proven track record of delivering projects that leverage data for advanced analytics and AI from inception to production (preferred).
Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality (preferred).
Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills (preferred).
