The Engineering Program Manager Enterprise Technology Services joins the Information Systems and Technology organization as a Corporate Mail Engineering Program Manager. This role is responsible for the integrated delivery plan across platform, tooling, and service workstreams, ensuring that large-scale changes to production services are executed smoothly. You will manage cross-organizational dependencies with infrastructure, identity, and IT stakeholders while maintaining risk registers and providing clear communication to leadership. The role involves managing rollout designs, change windows, and end-user readiness for corporate mail programs. Key technical competencies include knowledge of email standards like IMAP, SMTP, JMAP, MIME, and DKIM/SPF/DMARC, as well as experience with Claude Code and agentic development workflows. You will navigate complex requirements involving privacy, security, and legal compliance to manage the infrastructure supporting global corporate communication systems.
Manage the integrated delivery plan across platform, tooling, and service workstreams including scope, milestones, and release readiness.
Lead large-scale production changes by designing rollout plans, change windows, go/no-go criteria, and rollback paths.
Drive cross-organizational dependencies to resolution with partner engineering, infrastructure, and identity teams.
Maintain a proactive risk register by identifying risks, quantifying impacts, and escalating issues to leadership early.
Coordinate end-user readiness including communication plans, support handoffs, and post-change triage with IT stakeholders.
Partner with Privacy, Security, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and control requirements for each phase.
Establish the program's operating rhythm, including planning cadences, decision logs, and status reporting for various audiences.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in program or project management leading highly cross-functional software delivery.
Demonstrated ownership of a large-scale deployment or production change program affecting a substantial user base, including the change management around it.
Working knowledge of email standards and technologies such as IMAP, SMTP, JMAP, MIME, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, or comparable messaging infrastructure (preferred).
Experience managing incident response, service health, or operational readiness programs for live production services (preferred).
Background in enterprise-scale rollout including pilot design, wave planning, site coordination, and support enablement (preferred).
Experience partnering with Privacy, Security, and Legal teams to launch compliant features (preferred).
Familiarity with Claude Code and agentic development workflows (preferred).
Fluency with modern work-tracking and program-management tooling (preferred).
