What we're looking for
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (preferred).
5+ years experience leading technical teams and building organizational capability (preferred).
Proven success scaling software, systems, platform, or connected-product teams (preferred).
Experience delivering integrated machine, mobile, edge, cloud, data, and user-experience solutions through the product development lifecycle (preferred).
Strong architecture and integration background including APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native/edge services, identity, and data platforms.
Expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, and machine-intensive industries.
Ability to lead a high-performing team of Architects, Systems, and Software Engineers through recruitment, coaching, and development.
Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear concepts and influence stakeholders across global teams.
