Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering and five years of experience as a quality/validation engineer for medical devices.
At least three years of experience with extrusion and assembly manufacturing.
At least three years of experience with 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, EU MDR, SOTA, and GMP.
At least three years of experience with PHA, PFMEA, and ISO 14971 risk management.
At least three years of experience with Non-Conformances, CAPA, and process improvement tools like DMAIC, RCA, 5Whys, and Fishbone.
At least three years of experience with DOE, process development, and statistical analysis software including Minitab.
At least three years of experience with process validation including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
