What you'll do

  • Develop wet processing and cleaning systems focusing on chemical dispense, rinse, and dry modules.
  • Manage complex vacuum system designs including gas delivery, pumping systems, and contamination control.
  • Oversee end-to-end equipment lifecycle from initial concept architecture to qualification and production release.
  • Solve complex technical problems through root cause analysis and reliability engineering in failure-sensitive environments.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and global partners.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment/hardware engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system design and development programs in high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, fluidics, process, electrical, and controls disciplines.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in vacuum system design, including chamber architecture, gas delivery, and pumping systems.
  • Strong expertise in Electrochemical Plating (ECP) systems and wet processing/wet cleaning equipment.
  • Experience with multi-physics system interactions including fluidics, electrochemistry, thermals, and vacuum environments.
  • Demonstrated technical credibility through patents or conference publications in semiconductor equipment or related domains.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and lead global engineering teams.
