Engineering Compensation Partner

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted advisor to the global recruiting team regarding real-time offers.
• Advise HR Business Partners and leadership on compensation decisions for Go To Market functions.
• Maintain a competitive job catalog for Technical Solutions and General & Administration teams using external data.
• Provide regular updates on industry trends and best practices, specifically regarding stock options.
• Perform internal data gathering, modeling, analytics, and reporting to ensure market-leading compensation.
• Analyze recruiting intelligence and benchmarking surveys to ensure internal alignment and scalability.
• Identify gaps in standard programs and proactively suggest improvements to meet business needs.

What we're looking for

• Experience in 5+ years of compensation work.
• Expert-level understanding of compensation survey data and providers.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for compensation.
• Experience supporting technical solutions or general administration teams.
• Experience working in public or high-growth SaaS/technology companies.
• Ability to support global teams, specifically within Technical Solutions organizations.
• Analytical rigor and business savvy to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to influence decisions across cross-functional stakeholders.
