What you'll do

  • Drive low-power and cost-optimized SoC architectures featuring processor, accelerator, and I/O subsystems.
  • Define SoC architectures including embedded processor-subsystems, Network on Chip, memory controllers, and FPGA fabric.
  • Create modular subsystem architectures for chiplet, monolithic, or 3D form factors.
  • Scope requirements and analyze PPA tradeoffs with customers and cross-functional teams to meet schedule targets.
  • Define hardware, software, and firmware interactions between processing subsystems, accelerators, and external CPUs.
  • Author clear architecture specifications and guide pre-silicon design/verification and post-silicon validation phases.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS/PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience architecting SoC, processor, accelerator, and I/O subsystems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of x86, RISC-V, or ARM ISAs and I/O protocols like PCIe and Ethernet (preferred).
  • Expertise in embedded computing, aerospace & defense, data center, networking, or automotive industries (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ARM Processors and AXI Interconnects (preferred).
  • Knowledge of FPGA and AI/ML Accelerators (preferred).
  • Knowledge of boot, security, debug, telemetry, and RAS (preferred).
