As a VP, Treasury - Payment Systems Product Manager, you will join the Payment Hub program to manage systems supporting backend payment processes for cardholder and retail deposit activity. Your daily responsibilities include managing the program backlog, collaborating with cross-functional experts to map wing-to-wing payment processes, defining business requirements, and overseeing user acceptance testing. You will work closely with scrum teams to remove roadblocks and execute change management strategies across the value chain. The role requires expertise in payment systems, treasury, and agile project management within a matrixed environment. Key competencies include advanced problem-solving, risk assessment, and the ability to synthesize complex requirements into cohesive features while ensuring all products meet strict governance and quality standards for the banking and credit card industry.

What you'll do

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for innovative payment capabilities.
  • Manage, prioritize, and track the implementation of features within the program backlog.
  • Document end-to-end payment processes and define business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop business cases for new products or components.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to clarify requirements, remove roadblocks, and align on product strategy.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and establish quality standards for all deliverables.
  • Execute change management strategies and manage product release plans across the value chain.
  • Prepare and deliver regular program status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Must have at least 7 years of experience in payment systems, treasury, or product management related fields.
  • Must possess strong Agile project management experience and the ability to lead matrixed teams.
  • Experience leading software development projects is preferred.
  • Experience in the banking or credit card industry is desired.
  • Experience with various payment methods and treasury systems is desired.
  • Ability to travel for business as required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
