What you'll do

Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
Analyze user personas to document specific user journeys and use cases.
Define and document functional requirements for the embedded payments feature development teams.
Plan and deliver the strategic product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end product life cycle from discovery and ideation to successful launch.
Provide production support by troubleshooting client issues, managing defects, and handling escalations.
Assist with client program implementations, including specific configurations and technical setups.
Act as a subject matter expert to support ongoing sales and marketing efforts.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Relevant Product Management experience.
Payments Product Management experience.
Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
Experience documenting requirements and use cases.
Experience collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance, and legal teams with strong influencing skills.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
Creative problem solver capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions (preferred).
Strong presentation and communication skills (preferred).
Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation (preferred).
Organizational and time management skills (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred).
