Electronics Technician

What you'll do

• Build complex electromechanical assemblies and integrate them into the final AUV product.
• Fabricate complex wire harnesses, solder electronic modules including PCBAs, and modify COTS components.
• Perform configuration tasks to flash or load specific software and firmware versions onto devices.
• Design, prototype, and scale manufacturing jigs and fixtures to improve build and test efficiency.
• Follow detailed electrical schematics and manufacturing documentation to meet engineering specifications.
• Develop, document, and improve the pressure vessel production process.
• Perform electrical debugging using tools such as digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Manage tool inventory, equipment maintenance, calibrations, and raw material stock.

What we're looking for

• Solid background in electronics within robotics, defense, or avionics fields.
• Ability to perform detailed electro-mechanical assembly with tight-tolerance components and complex wire routings.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and concepts.
• Experience working from technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform electrical debugging using tools such as digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
