Electrical Test Technician

What you'll do

• Build, test, and integrate complex electrical and mechanical assemblies into AUV products.
• Perform configuration tasks to flash or load specific software and firmware versions onto devices.
• Execute end-of-line tests for sub-systems based on established technical procedures.
• Conduct incoming quality inspection testing on printed circuit boards (PCBA).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, electronics, and integrated circuits down to the component level.
• Develop, document, and improve production processes for pressure vessel assembly.
• Manage laboratory tools, equipment maintenance, calibrations, and raw material stock.
• Travel offshore as needed to support operations teams and field activities.

What we're looking for

• Solid background in electronics within robotics, defense, or avionics fields.
• Experience preparing and executing test procedures with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and basic test equipment like DMMs and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to work from technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Experience in sub-sea robotics or underwater equipment (preferred).
• Experience with high voltage systems up to 400VDC (preferred).
• IPC 610 and/or 620 Certification (preferred).
