What you'll do

Apply DFMA principles to optimize electrical system designs and manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement detailed work instructions and quality control procedures for electrical assembly operations.
Conduct design reviews to identify and resolve manufacturability issues in electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
Implement automated testing solutions for electrical systems, including functional tests and hi-pot testing.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through DFMA analysis of electrical assemblies and components.
Specify, procure, and program various assembly equipment and systems for production manufacturing and test.
Architect and validate a holistic manufacturing operations management system to enable efficient execution and quality compliance.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Expertise in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles
Experience developing manufacturing processes and work instructions
Knowledge of aerospace electrical standards (AS9100, IPC-A-610)
Ability to implement automated testing solutions and quality control procedures
Skill in managing production costs and driving cost reduction initiatives
Experience with programmable logic controller networking and programming
