What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of PCB design from initial requirements and schematic design to layout and production.
Design and validate ruggedized electrical systems for embedded compute and power applications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all electrical integration activities.
Provide hands-on technical support for both prototype and production-level products in the field.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high-power components, modules, and distribution systems.
Evaluate component trade-offs against size, weight, power, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
Troubleshoot hardware issues to identify root causes and implement design improvements.
Create technical documentation for design requirements, specifications, test coverage, and reports.

What we're looking for

Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to design digital and analog electronics from concept through production-ready status.
Experience performing full cycle PCB design including schematic design, layout, bring-up, and validation.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware to identify root causes and implement design improvements.
Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design automation tools.
Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and thermal chambers.
Familiarity with standard interfaces like Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
