EDM Change Delivery Analyst, New Graduate

What you'll do

• Support the full lifecycle of EDM changes from requirements definition through testing and client adoption.
• Document business requirements, acceptance criteria, and process impacts while maintaining clear traceability to changes.
• Participate in user-interface design discussions and document design decisions for stakeholder updates.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of EDM interfaces, features, and software versions across client environments.
• Track build and test readiness by recording ownership, dependencies, defects, and planned next steps.
• Coordinate test planning, scenario definition, defect triage, and evidence management for functional and regression testing.
• Perform upgrade impact assessments to identify capability gaps, prerequisites, and implementation risks for clients.
• Maintain EDM Operating Handbooks, process flows, and role-based training materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in business analysis, change delivery, product delivery, or a related area.
• Exposure to change delivery or software development activities through coursework, internships, co-op placements, or university projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical changes in terms of operational and client outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to produce accurate process documentation and stakeholder communications.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to transparent, controlled, and auditable delivery.
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall delivery methods through coursework, internships, co-op placements, or university projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with user-interface prototyping, process-mapping, and work-management tools such as Figma, Visio, Jira, or Azure DevOps (preferred).
