Associate, Information Technology Rotational Program

What you'll do

• Complete four six-month project assignments to build knowledge of products, processes, and technical skills.
• Perform in a full-time professional capacity across various technology or analytics development tracks.
• Analyze data inputs and process flows within complex systems.
• Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools and platforms to improve productivity and automation.
• Implement responsible AI practices including data privacy, security, and compliance.
• Execute projects related to information security, cloud engineering, or application development.
• Participate in digital transformation efforts and cross-functional initiatives.
• Continuously learn new technologies to keep pace with the evolving AI landscape.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university before the start date.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• A degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field is preferred.
• Experience working in a business setting, such as an internship or co-op, is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data input and process flows within complex systems.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
• Proficiency using enterprise approved AI tools like Co-Pilot, GitHub, Claude, or Windsurf.
• Awareness of responsible AI practices regarding data privacy, security, and compliance.
