Senior Engineer, AI Edge

What you'll do

• Prototype agentic AI capabilities for creative workflows from early concept through technical validation.
• Build components for agent planning, tool use, orchestration, streaming, state management, and evaluation.
• Develop reusable platform interfaces that function across different Adobe products and creative surfaces.
• Create focused prototypes to help teams test assumptions and make quick technical decisions.
• Measure quality and reliability to distinguish viable capabilities from experimental demos.
• Help production teams adopt and integrate proven ideas into the broader product roadmap.

What we're looking for

• Strong full-stack engineering experience building and shipping customer-facing products from polished UIs to backend services.
• Fluency with modern web development including React, TypeScript, API integration, asynchronous workflows, and state management.
• Experience designing and operating backend systems, cloud infrastructure, distributed services, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications or agentic systems, including model APIs, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Ability to move quickly from ambiguous ideas to end-to-end working prototypes and improve them through user feedback.
• Strong product and UX judgment to turn technical capabilities into intuitive and responsive user experiences.
• Experience building creative tools, productivity applications, or interaction-rich products (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, agent frameworks, design systems, or real-time collaborative experiences (preferred).
