The ICAM Engineer - Edge Services (Radiant Logic) joins the software engineering team to support a large line of business delivering enterprise-scale Identity, Credential, and Access Management capabilities. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Identity Data Management solutions that function across enterprise, mission partner, tactical, and edge environments. Key responsibilities include configuring RadiantOne FID solutions, developing custom workflows, rules, and connectors, and managing identity lifecycles, entitlement governance, and role modeling. The engineer will integrate authoritative data sources with directories and applications while supporting Zero Trust initiatives. Required technical skills include Radiant Logic, LDAP administration, Java, XML, SCIM APIs, and REST APIs. The work addresses the complex problem of extending identity services to distributed, disconnected, and low-bandwidth operational environments to ensure secure access and compliance.
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Radiant Logic RadiantOne FID solutions to support enterprise ICAM requirements.
Customize Radiant Logic components including workflows, rules, connectors, aggregation logic, and provisioning policies.
Engineer identity governance and data management solutions for mission partners, tactical users, and edge computing environments.
Develop and maintain integrations between authoritative data sources, identity repositories, directories, and downstream applications.
Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, certifications, and entitlement management.
Manage enterprise role management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance monitoring initiatives.
Design identity synchronization and distribution mechanisms for disconnected, intermittent, and low-bandwidth environments.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving identity aggregation, provisioning, correlation, and identity data services.
What we're looking for
US Citizenship is required.
Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
Must hold an 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher).
Bachelor's Degree is required, or an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Data Management, or ICAM solutions in government or regulated environments.
Strong experience with Radiant Logic, RadiantOne, or equivalent identity data management and virtual directory technologies.
Experience integrating identity platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and authoritative data sources.
Experience with Java, XML, SCIM APIs, REST APIs, LDAP queries, and supporting Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
