ICAM Engineer, Edge Services

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Radiant Logic RadiantOne FID solutions to support enterprise ICAM requirements.
• Customize Radiant Logic components including workflows, rules, connectors, aggregation logic, and provisioning policies.
• Engineer identity management solutions for mission partners, tactical users, and edge computing environments.
• Develop and maintain integrations between authoritative data sources, identity repositories, directories, and downstream applications.
• Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, certifications, and entitlement governance.
• Support enterprise role management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance monitoring initiatives.
• Design synchronization mechanisms for disconnected, intermittent, and low-bandwidth operational environments.
• Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, TTPs, and deployment guides.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of experience can substitute for the degree).
• Must hold an 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE or higher.
• Must have 10+ years of experience supporting IAM, Identity Data Management, or ICAM solutions in government or regulated environments.
• Must have experience with Radiant Logic, RadiantOne, or equivalent identity data management and virtual directory technologies.
• Must have experience integrating identity platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and other authoritative data sources.
• Experience with Java, XML, SCIM APIs, REST APIs, and Linux/Windows Server environments is required.
