TL;DR · DRAM Design Validation Engineer
As a DRAM Design Validation Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will ensure the successful integration of DRAM memories with system-on-chip devices. You will work alongside design, verification, and integration engineers to define memory controller and PHY requirements while covering DRAM based corner cases. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating with architecture, MCU, DDRPHY, and DRAM vendors to manage main memory features, ensuring simulation meets specific requirements, and meeting silicon and package level testing needs. You will also debug RMA material with DRAM related defects and drive roadmaps for next technology node devices. Key technical skills include expertise in DRAM cell architectures, memory organization, and simulation, along with experience in LPDDR IO characterization, C/C++ programming, and knowledge of packaging technologies like POP and TSV to address signal and power integrity issues.
