Director, Systems Analysis

What you'll do

• Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale platforms for contract and order management.
• Translate complex financial and healthcare requirements into robust architectural designs and data models.
• Establish business rules and policy frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and operational consistency.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives including cloud adoption and service-oriented transformations.
• Oversee secure integration strategies across distributed systems within a web-based recordkeeping ecosystem.
• Define test strategies and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts for new system designs.
• Provide technical supervision and expertise to multiple teams on complex enterprise projects.
• Advise senior management on technical strategy, security, and scalability using emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field and six years of experience as a Director, Systems Analysis.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field and four years of experience as a Director, Systems Analysis.
• Expertise designing dynamic contract and order management systems using Angular Framework, Java, J2EE, REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman, SOA tools, and Advanced Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for financial and healthcare services using advanced data structures and Object Oriented concepts.
• Expertise defining regulatory business rules in Drools Engine using Drools Rule Language (DRL).
• Expertise analyzing and designing order workflow management platforms using 3NF to Key Value mapping and UML diagrams.
• Experience migrating platform components into SaaS environments using private/hybrid Cloud, Azure Kubernetes Services, and Fortress for role-based policy authorization.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex distributed architecture applications developed on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts using UML and Visio.
