What you'll do

  • Mature Cisco's value measurement capabilities by establishing consistent reporting and practices for delivery across Operations.
  • Use AI to perform root cause analysis and enforce SDLC standards across development tools.
  • Align business entities and prioritize capabilities to improve "Ways of Working" processes.
  • Mentor and partner with teams to build and scale robust, self-sufficient operational capabilities.
  • Analyze end-to-end cycle-time performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks in operational workflows.
  • Develop AI-augmented analytical tools for value retrospectives, predictive insights, and data-quality resolution.
  • Translate complex technical data into actionable business recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure data integrity and improve the reliability of decision tools.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Process or Operations Management, Data Science, or related fields at enterprise scale.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging AI-driven analytics and advanced AI development best practices to accelerate operational velocity and resolve data quality issues.
  • Proficiency in analyzing development metrics from tools like GitHub and SonarQube using predictive analytics and automation to optimize SDLC processes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business recommendations while collaborating across matrixed teams including IT, Strategy, and Product.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in complex operational workflows using data-driven solutions.
  • Skill in validating AI-generated outputs and implementing optimization strategies to ensure the reliability of AI-augmented decision tools.
  • Leadership experience in maturing enterprise value measurement, capability management, business execution, or portfolio governance practices (preferred).
  • Experience leading strategic operations, business execution, value management, or large-scale agile planning and execution processes (preferred).
