What you'll do

Convert business problems into scalable, secure AI solutions and reusable architectural patterns.
Lead the hands-on delivery of AI solutions from initial prototype through to production.
Architect and implement agentic workflows with safe autonomy and robust evaluation frameworks.
Design knowledge grounding systems to improve accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness for LLMs.
Accelerate engineering throughput by implementing agentic coding workflows and establishing safety guardrails.
Influence PI planning and backlog prioritization by defining architectural outcomes and Enabler Epics.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and business analysts.
Drive the adoption of standardized accelerators and templates for copilots and agents across teams.

What we're looking for

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical delivery for large-scale, distributed enterprise systems.
5+ years of experience in system/solution architecture producing artifacts, reference architectures, and technical guardrails.
5+ years of experience in people leadership, including managing and mentoring teams.
Expertise in Python, AI, and cloud platforms, specifically GCP with the GCP Agent platform and Gemini.
Proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) architectural design and development.
Experience in delivery, consulting, and regulated domains such as insurance or financial services (preferred).
