As a Director of Product Management, Creative Pro, you will join the Adobe Lightroom team to define the future of professional photography workflows. This senior individual-contributor role focuses on the Creative Pro offering across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. You will translate complex professional requirements into product roadmaps, ensuring that features like ingest, culling, retouching, and batch editing meet high standards for speed, quality, and creative control. What you'll do

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for professional photography workflows across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
  • Translate complex photographer needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and success measures.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a senior product leader who has defined strategy and shipped high-impact products for creative, media, or workflow-intensive customers.
  • Deep understanding of professional photography workflows including speed, quality, consistency, and high-volume production.
  • Experience turning ambiguous customer needs and emerging technologies into well-defined product strategies and outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with research, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver products at scale.
  • Experience with AI, automation, machine learning, or generative AI while maintaining a focus on trust and user control.
  • Executive-level storytelling and influence skills for senior individual contributor roles.
  • Strong analytical judgment combining usage data, customer research, market signals, and hands-on craft expertise.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience as a photographer specializing in one or more genres (preferred); experience with photography education or community building (preferred).
