Act as the primary liaison between the Environmental Design team, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage the full lifecycle of global office, production, and trade show projects.
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable project goals and coordinate with creative leads.
Enforce environmental design guidelines to ensure a consistent brand identity across all physical spaces.
Facilitate feedback loops and review sessions between the design team and leadership.
Oversee and report on project budgets and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, facilities, and external partners to execute projects.
What we're looking for
Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a project manager or producer in architectural design, events, retail design, entertainment, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of spatial design and environmental graphics standards across multiple surfaces.
Experience supporting creative teams and clients in a studio or agency environment.
Deep understanding of standard production processes and assets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally between creative and technical disciplines.
Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, and Airtable is preferred.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export controlled information or facilities.
Willingness to travel 25% of the time and work on-site at the Costa Mesa, CA headquarters.
