What you'll do

  • Define the product roadmap and strategy for professional photography workflows across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
  • Translate complex photographer needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and success measures.
  • Serve as a primary advocate for professional photographers to ensure products meet high standards of speed, quality, and trust.

  • Evaluate whether new features meet the high quality and reliability standards required for professional production environments.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations based on customer insights, market signals, and competitive analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a senior product leader who has defined strategy and shipped high-impact products for creative or workflow-intensive customers.
  • Deep understanding of professional photography workflows including speed, quality, consistency, and high-volume production.
  • Experience turning ambiguous customer needs and emerging technologies into well-defined product strategies and outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with research, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver products at scale.
  • Experience with AI, automation, machine learning, or generative AI while maintaining a focus on trust and user control.
  • Executive-level storytelling and influence skills for senior individual contributor roles.
  • Strong analytical judgment combining usage data, customer research, market signals, and hands-on craft expertise.
  • Over 10 years of experience working professionally as a photographer (preferred); experience in teaching or building community with photographers (preferred).
