Director, Software Engineering Product Manager, Annuity Data Platform

What you'll do

• Own and drive the strategic vision and outcome-based roadmap for the Annuity Data Platform.
• Lead the design, engineering, and operationalization of scalable, secure, and resilient data-platform capabilities.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to implement data strategies, governance, and reusable data products.
• Translate stakeholder pain points into prioritized use cases, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage workforce capacity, vendor performance, and build-and-run costs for modernization demands.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect against threats.
• Lead all aspects of associate management including performance, hiring, training, and day-to-day management.
• Own risk mitigation controls and provide support for internal and external audits.

What we're looking for

• Eight or more years of experience in application suite management.
• Five or more years of experience leading numerous teams across multiple technologies.
• Expert knowledge of the systems development life cycle and modern methodologies, practices, tools, and techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of project delivery, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to develop and implement roadmap strategies.
• Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and partnership-building skills.
• Undergraduate studies in management information systems, engineering, math, computer science, or comparable experience and education (preferred).
• Technology certifications or designations such as AWS, Azure, scripting, or security (preferred).
