What you'll do

Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and oversee high-level architectural decisions for enterprise platforms.
Oversee the transition of monolithic applications into microservice architectures within AWS environments.
Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all technical solutions.
Mentor engineers and managers while driving talent strategy, succession planning, and recruitment.
Improve software engineering practices and delivery velocity across multiple Agile teams.
Drive the adoption of AI-native development tools and emerging technologies to improve customer outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 5 years of people management experience.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing (preferred).
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala (preferred).
8+ years of experience with database management systems (preferred).
8+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies (preferred).
