What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in software engineering delivering enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
8+ years of experience managing engineering teams delivering enterprise platforms or mission-critical applications.
8+ years of experience leading architecture, modernization, or platform engineering initiatives in distributed systems environments.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military experience.
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
1+ year of experience in banking, payments, financial technology, or other regulated industries (preferred).
1+ year of experience modernizing monolithic applications into microservices architecture (preferred).
Master’s degree, 1+ certification in Scaled Agile Framework or Agile practices, or 1+ cloud architecture certification (preferred).
