What you'll do

Lead software development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality fintech applications.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle from backlog refinement through deployment and monitoring.
Drive disciplined agile and DevSecOps practices, including automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure development work integrates responsibly with AI/ML capabilities and meets financial regulatory standards.
Spend up to 65% of time on hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical prototyping.
Own system architecture decisions and translate user requirements into technical system designs.
Develop standards for code quality, security, maintainability, and debugging across multiple products.
Identify and develop engineering talent while coaching engineers on evolving tools and AI-driven workflows.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience leading software engineering teams in fintech, payments, or banking technologies (preferred).
Experience in developing and/or implementing web-based or mobile applications (preferred).
Experience in a leadership role with direct reports (preferred).
Experience in requirements gathering, system design, and architecture for complex software solutions (preferred).
Experience in agile delivery management and DevSecOps practices (preferred).
Experience in code development, review, and debugging for enterprise-scale applications (preferred).
Experience in test planning, execution, and automation (preferred).
