What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of human rights and environmental due diligence across a global supply chain.
  • Develop scalable programs for risk identification, mitigation, and remediation regarding labor rights and mineral sourcing.
  • Translate complex technical risks into clear business impacts to advise senior leadership on market access and reputation.
  • Design and integrate responsible sourcing requirements into existing procurement and supply chain operating models.
  • Monitor the global regulatory landscape to ensure compliance with emerging international standards and laws.
  • Build and lead a stable team capable of managing high-stakes risk issues and organizational changes.
  • Represent the company in industry coalitions and engage with external stakeholders like regulators and customers.

What we're looking for

  • A four-year or graduate degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Human Rights, International Relations, Public Policy, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree, MBA, JD, MPP, or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).
  • Experience in responsible sourcing, human rights, sustainability, procurement, compliance, or a related discipline.
  • In a leadership role with direct accountability for team building, organizational strategy, and enterprise-level risk.
  • Demonstrated experience leading through organizational change, including team rebuilding or significant program transformation.
  • Proven track record of representing complex risk and strategy directly to senior executive audiences.
  • Experience leading a function through a period of significant regulatory or market change (preferred).
  • Experience operating within a broader enterprise sustainability or compliance organization alongside adjacent functions (preferred).
