What you'll do

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure continuity, quality, and cost optimization for scaling operations.
Negotiate complex commercial terms with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery conditions.
Manage a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers while hiring and training new talent.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supply chain health.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to supply disruptions or changing market conditions.
Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external supply chain needs during product development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production role for complex mechanical/electrical assembly.
At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership position.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries (preferred).
