Director, Project Delivery & Management

What you'll do

• Manage the full project lifecycle for Americas capital projects from initial planning and design through construction and handover.
• Develop and execute regional project delivery strategies and multi-year capital plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management to ensure all developments remain within financial and time constraints.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio health, including budget status, critical risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external consultants, and contractors to maintain momentum and prevent construction delays.
• Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize design solutions while maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Manage relationships with local authorities to secure necessary permits, zoning approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement processes, cost estimating, and contract modifications to ensure competitive pricing across the region.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 12+ years of construction project management experience including ground-up development and regional portfolio delivery.
• Proven success leading large, complex capital projects from concept through completion.
• Extensive experience in construction oversight regarding budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
• Experience managing architects, engineers, and consultants to develop design and construction documentation.
• Experience working with municipal and regulatory authorities across the Americas for zoning, permitting, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of capital planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and public-private partnership structures.
