What you'll do

  • Manage technical infrastructure integration activities throughout the entire project lifecycle for complex data center projects.
  • Coordinate procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and readiness activities for network, security, and operational technology systems.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track critical milestones, and manage project budgets and financial reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies between construction, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Manage the selection, onboarding, performance, and contract administration of external vendors and service providers.
  • Facilitate design reviews and technical coordination to ensure infrastructure aligns with operational requirements and safety standards.
  • Develop project management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms to improve cost effectiveness and delivery performance.
  • Track project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address risks or issues during execution.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working on data center projects.
  • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, construction, technology, or enterprise projects with co-located and distributed teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
  • BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification or equivalent telecommunications industry certification (preferred).
  • Experience in data center construction, telecommunications infrastructure, critical facilities, or large-scale technical project delivery (preferred).
  • Experience with telecommunications infrastructure design, installation, commissioning, operations, or technical infrastructure integration projects (preferred).
