The position requires expertise in technology strategy, IT consulting, enterprise architecture, and cloud-native architectures to bridge the gap between complex technical architectures and overarching business objectives while managing overarching domain capacity and cross-initiative risks.

What you'll do

  • Lead monthly tower-centric reviews of asset architecture and outcomes to inform leadership on the SaaS journey.
  • Synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights to drive executive decision-making regarding platform health and strategy.
  • Oversee the asset inventory for the tower by defining vision, categorizing assets, and creating comprehensive solution roadmaps.
  • Map key project milestones against available capacity to determine the requirements for advancing the domain's technical roadmap.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as availability, latency, and incident tracking to drive data-driven continuous improvement.
  • Identify architectural bottlenecks and review financial health to ensure proper investment allocation across the portfolio.
  • Coach sub-organizations to ensure strict adherence to SaaS frameworks, metric standards, and data integrity.
  • Centralize risk and impediment tracking for the steady-state portfolio of work in collaboration with project managers.

What we're looking for

  • At least 9 years of technical program management or project management experience.
  • At least 3 years of technology strategy experience.
  • Experience in IT consulting or enterprise architecture.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS operating models, platform development, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science (preferred).
  • 10+ years of process, project, or program management experience (preferred).
