Director of Product Management, Android/Linux Platform

What you'll do

• Define and lead the strategy for platform software, firmware, and reference build enablement for mobile and consumer compute segments.
• Translate market and partner needs into clear software requirements for firmware, OS enablement, and tooling.
• Drive software readiness for reference platforms including simulation, emulation, FPGAs, and testchips to support customer engagement.
• Lead the downstream software stack required to validate new technologies across various hardware environments.
• Ensure features are supported in critical software stacks and release cycles for Android, Linux, and Windows.
• Establish an operating model to balance internal platform validation with upstream ecosystem readiness.
• Identify and bridge gaps in feature readiness across kernels, frameworks, development tools, and monitoring systems.
• Represent the business unit in ecosystem discussions and multi-functional planning with senior leadership and partners.

What we're looking for

• Validated experience in software product leadership, platform software, or ecosystem enablement in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of system software, firmware, platform bring-up, or OS enablement.
• Experience defining strategy and execution for software bridging early technology validation and productization.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into partner value, requirements, and roadmap priorities.
• Strong partner management and multi-functional leadership skills across business and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align senior partners on scope and delivery models.
• Experience with Arm architecture, Arm-based SoCs, or Arm platform software (preferred).
• Familiarity with client or compute platform bring-up across pre-silicon and post-silicon environments (preferred).
