What you'll do

  • Define platform strategy for runtimes, SDKs, and integration frameworks to ensure multi-tenant standards.
  • Govern cross-group compatibility, security controls, and high-risk migrations with SRE and security partners.
  • Own group-wide resilience and capacity objectives by institutionalizing rollout, canary, and rollback patterns.
  • Direct teams to design and develop scalable software systems, services, and API versioning strategies.
  • Lead design and specification reviews to drive performance optimizations and architectural improvements across projects.
  • Oversee complex project management including timelines, deliverables, and budgets to meet strategic objectives.
  • Implement secure software development practices to prevent vulnerabilities and enforce coding standards.
  • Manage talent development by hiring, coaching, and providing performance feedback to engineering teams.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 10+ years of experience.
