What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience leading multiple platform teams to standardize middleware patterns and client libraries.
Ability to design and oversee complex software architectures, including performance optimization and scalability strategies.
Expertise in implementing secure software development practices and ensuring compliance with coding standards.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects while meeting timelines, deliverables, and budget requirements.
