What you'll do

  • Maintain relationships with business partners, payment network providers, and third-party solution providers.
  • Contribute to architecture and design work while developing code structures that align with approved architectures.
  • Define strategies and deliver technical solutions using modern practices to support business capabilities.
  • Manage team growth by hiring, retaining talent, and developing the skills of future technical leaders.
  • Conduct high-level scoping and estimation to support effort prioritization and project planning.
  • Research new technologies to solve current and foreseeable challenges in payment systems.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 10+ years of banking industry experience within the payments domain.
  • Must have a strong understanding of products such as US ACH, FedWire, SWIFT, Real Time Payments, or FedNow.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for architecting, designing, and building mission-critical software services on .Net platforms.
  • Experience leading teams to develop highly complex and concurrent applications.
  • Proven people management skills are preferred.
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
