What you'll do

  • Define the long-term product vision, roadmap, and OKRs to grow reach and deepen engagement across the News & Entertainment portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers to achieve organizational goals.
  • Drive strategies for direct 1:1 user relationships to improve content relevance and audience stickiness.
  • Oversee multi-channel messaging across email, push, and in-app platforms to ensure timely, relevant communications.
  • Lead the development of personalized consumer experiences across the suite of products to increase engagement.
  • Utilize data signals to improve targeting, timing, and relevance throughout the user journey.
  • Evolve the experimentation culture by partnering with platform teams to facilitate faster testing and iteration.
  • Identify and prioritize cross-brand needs to advocate for necessary infrastructure investments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required in any field of study.
  • 12+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams of product managers.
  • Experience in consumer products at scale, ideally within news or storytelling experiences.
  • Expertise in driving growth through personalization, experimentation, A/B testing, CRM/lifecycle messaging, or data products.
  • Strong analytical instincts to define KPIs and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Ability to execute product strategy in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
  • Experience in consumer digital media, streaming, or entertainment (preferred).
