What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and long-term roadmap for products within the Content Intelligence portfolio.
  • Create AI-assisted products and workflows to analyze, enrich, and transform global content catalogs.
  • Translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear product specifications and user stories within an Agile framework.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and track product success using meaningful OKRs and KPIs to drive strategic business value.
  • Mentor junior product managers and provide coaching to peer team members.
  • Research and propose new features and proof of concepts to address emerging technology opportunities.
  • Align cross-team priorities through data storytelling and negotiation with internal stakeholders and partner teams.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically managing complex platform products, enterprise systems, or digital workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX Design, and Program Management to deliver scalable releases.
  • Strong technical baseline with an understanding of backend architectures, APIs, data flows, and modern development frameworks.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product specifications and user stories while prioritizing backlogs based on ROI.
  • Proven ability to use data storytelling to negotiate alignment among stakeholders and influence cross-team priorities.
  • Experience measuring product success through KPIs and OKRs using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with media supply chains, digital video pipelines, or television workflows (preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI tooling, machine learning models, computer vision, or natural language processing (preferred).
