What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the multi-disciplinary Product Engineering organization including mechanical, systems, and thermal functions.
  • Define and implement scalable engineering processes to ensure technical rigor and consistent execution across all programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from initial concept through production and commercialization.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for design reviews, configuration management, and product lifecycle management.
  • Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), reliability, and quality standards throughout all stages of development.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product launches and delivery.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and manager-level talent.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior leadership, customers, and external partners.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive engineering experience including significant leadership in product development environments.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams at scale, including manager-level talent and cross-functional groups.
  • Strong technical foundation in fluid systems, thermal management, or related hardware/system-level engineering.
  • Experience with industry-standard engineering and simulation tools such as CAD, MATLAB, Ansys, or COMSOL.
  • Demonstrated success defining and implementing scalable engineering processes for high-quality product delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred experience in liquid cooling systems, data center infrastructure, or similar high-performance hardware environments.
