Associate Director of IT Operations, GMP IT/OT

What you'll do

• Manage the reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure including servers, hardware, networks, and desktop support.
• Lead the design and implementation of IT/OT architecture focusing on hyper-converged systems and advanced networking.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements for data integrity and security.
• Maintain automation system standards for DeltaV, Emerson, and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Manage service providers to ensure high-quality delivery according to established SLAs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a technical team across helpdesk, server, and network functions.
• Drive the implementation of ITIL practices and continuous improvement of operational metrics.
• Develop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for critical infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Senior Manager level requires 8 years of experience including 8 years of management experience.
• Associate Director level requires 10 years of experience including 10 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an FDA or similarly regulated environment is required for both levels.
• Experience managing diverse technical teams across Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network functions is required.
• Proven experience managing vendors and managed service providers is required.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ITIL practices and developing SLAs, metrics, and operational best practices.
• Strong background in Microsoft OS including Server and GPO elements with knowledge of data integrity tools.
