Associate Director of IT Operations, GMP IT/OT

What you'll do

• Manage the reliable operation of IT and OT infrastructure including servers, hardware, and wireless networks.
• Define and lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture focusing on hyper-converged systems and advanced networking.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements for data integrity and security.
• Maintain automation system standards for DeltaV/Emerson and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley systems.
• Manage service providers to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with established SLAs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a technical team spanning Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network functions.
• Drive the implementation of ITIL practices, metrics, and operational best practices across the function.
• Develop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning for all infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field.
• Senior Manager: 8+ years of experience, including 8+ years of management and 3+ years in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Associate Director: 10+ years of experience, including 10+ years of management and 3+ years in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing diverse technical teams including Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network staff.
• Experience managing vendors and managed service providers.
• Experience developing and deploying SLAs, metrics, and operational best practices with a track record of implementing ITIL practices.
• Strong background in Microsoft OS including Server and GPO elements.
• Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
• Knowledge of IT compliance guidelines including PIC/S, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GAMP (preferred).
