Director of Enterprise Pipeline Engineering & Automation

What you'll do

• Architect and design enterprise-scale software platforms, automation frameworks, and pipelines for infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Direct enterprise strategies and programs for pipeline engineering and software-driven infrastructure delivery.
• Lead the transition from infrastructure-centric execution to a software-first automation model across the CTO organization.
• Establish engineering standards and reference implementations for teams building or consuming enterprise pipelines.
• Oversee the performance and development of management and senior engineering staff.
• Partner with security and risk teams to ensure automation solutions are compliant and production-ready.
• Communicate with executive leadership and vendors to align on technology direction and tooling strategy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience required.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience required.
• Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility required.
• Software Engineering & Architecture (preferred).
• Infrastructure Automation & Platform Engineering (preferred).
• CI/CD & Pipeline Engineering (preferred).
• Information Security, IT Architecture, Network Administration, Network Support, Software Testing, and System Administration (preferred).
