Director of Enterprise Pipeline Engineering & Automation

What you'll do

• Lead the transformation of infrastructure delivery into a software-driven, automated execution model.
• Architect and design enterprise-scale automation frameworks and pipelines for infrastructure configuration and lifecycle management.
• Define the "path to production" by establishing standards, architectural patterns, and required controls.
• Establish engineering standards and reference implementations for teams building or consuming internal pipelines.
• Drive measurable improvements in deployment reliability, provisioning speed, and operational stability through automation.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of software, automation, and infrastructure engineers.
• Collaborate with security, risk, and architecture teams to ensure all automated solutions are compliant and resilient.
• Communicate with executive leadership and vendors to align on technology direction and tooling strategy.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required, though a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Candidates should have at least 8 years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
• Proven leadership over large-scale, cross-enterprise initiatives is required.
• Experience in software engineering, architecture, and infrastructure automation is preferred.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, pipeline engineering, and information security is preferred.
• Expertise in IT architecture, systems integration, and network administration is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading software-driven transformations within infrastructure or platform organizations is preferred.
