What you'll do

Own sprint planning, delivery tracking, and release readiness across all Health100 engineering squads.
Enforce engineering quality standards including code reviews, testing coverage, CI/CD hygiene, and deployment readiness.
Manage a hybrid team of internal software engineers and external vendor contributors while providing technical mentorship.
Provide hands-on technical guidance for frontend, backend services, APIs, and complex system architecture reviews.
Manage technical debt by identifying bottlenecks and prioritizing remediation tasks to improve team velocity.
Ensure compliance, PHI safeguards, and security best practices are embedded into all engineering workflows.
Drive integration quality with health data systems including FHIR-based APIs and lab data platforms.
Partner with product managers to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and sequence delivery effectively.

What we're looking for

15+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
Proven track record delivering full-stack digital products at scale.
Strong full-stack technical foundation across frontend (Flutter, React, mobile), backend (APIs, microservices), and data integration layers.
Experience leading large-scale, globally distributed teams and ensuring production stability.
Experience building member- or patient-facing health applications (preferred).
Working knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or health data interoperability standards (preferred).
Bachelor’s Degree.
