What you'll do

Define the strategy and roadmap for the PDLC Agents Platform to support an AI-Native Operating Model.
Lead the development of a digital worker fleet to automate gates like security, architecture, and UX compliance.
Enforce "policy-as-code" across the platform to manage data classification, approved tools, and autonomy tiers.
Ensure all agent changes are registered, instrumented, guardrail-wrapped, and evaluation-backed before shipping.
Drive adoption of open agent standards such as MCP, A2A, and OTEL GenAI tracing for framework-agnostic infrastructure.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while establishing a pipeline for future leadership roles.
Establish best practices for the end-to-end agent lifecycle including building, monitoring, and retiring systems.
Partner with business leaders to roll out AI-Native squads and manage the transition toward higher autonomy levels.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
Experience leading platform, developer-tools, or agentic/AI engineering teams is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Must have a strong technical background in production agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and context engineering.
Must be able to design or enforce policy-as-code controls in regulated or high-stakes environments.
Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering teams is required.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences across security, data science, and product teams.
