What you'll do

Design and execute full coverage test procedures for wireless communication and sensing solutions.
Define test plans and implement automation based on R&D system requirements.
Troubleshoot and qualify new hardware and software designs in collaboration with engineering teams.
Develop logging and analysis tools to monitor performance of systems and test infrastructure.
Manage the maintenance and operation of laboratory equipment and wireless environment emulation setups.
Test and harden existing features through firmware and hardware modifications in practical environments.
Perform demonstrations of MANET radios and other wireless products for internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in system test and automation.
Demonstrated experience in embedded firmware development, testing, scripting, C/C++, and Python.
Demonstrated experience in wireless/networking within an electronics manufacturing or R&D environment.
Proven experience with lab instruments such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and wireless environment emulation equipment.
Proven experience with wireless and radio communication systems, RF signal propagation principles, and digital communication technologies.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
Advanced degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (preferred); demonstrated experience with TCP/IP networking (preferred).
