Director, IAM Governance

What you'll do

• Manage the Technology Risk unit by establishing performance standards and conducting performance management processes.
• Approve IS security architecture, designs, plans, controls, processes, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Direct the development of techniques for conducting IS security risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Evaluate and test hardware, firmware, and software for potential impacts on system security.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents while advising management on security effectiveness.
• Develop and communicate an overall security strategy to meet business and corporate strategic plans.
• Manage unit staffing, including hiring, firing, salary administration, and diversity programs.
• Develop unit budgets and manage all associated expenses.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least six years of experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols.
• Eight or more years of experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience to the degree and years of experience requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment, and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, IT management, staff, vendors, and consultants.
• Work Authorization.
