Director, IAM Platforms & Services

What you'll do

• Lead a team of professionals to deliver global IAM services for workforce and customer authentication.
• Define and execute the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for IAM platforms and services.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot IAM solutions including technical architecture documentation and test cases.
• Ensure IAM platforms remain fully operational during business hours while driving automation and self-service.
• Identify and remediate security risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and implement operational metrics and communication frameworks to inform stakeholders and customers.
• Create a curriculum to support talent development, growth, and retention within the IAM department.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of Information Security experience with a strong focus in IAM.
• 8+ years of IAM engineering and/or operational experience.
• Experience engineering and supporting platforms such as MS Entra ID, MS Active Directory, Okta, Auth0, and/or Netwrix.
• Extensive knowledge of authentication services including conditional access, SAML, OIDC, Passkey, FIDO2, and Windows Hello for Business.
• Experience supporting multiple domain forests, including acquiring, divesting, and consolidating services.
• Clear understanding of CoBIT and ITIL Frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage, grow, and retain talent while managing complex activities simultaneously.
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (preferred); CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO/NIST certifications (preferred).
