Director, IAM Cyber Product

What you'll do

• Develop risk-based, data-driven strategies and outcome-oriented roadmaps for enterprise security services and capabilities.
• Analyze and select technology alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Advise executive decision-makers on business and technology risks grounded in the current threat landscape.
• Facilitate build vs. buy decisions to identify optimal strategies for addressing organizational risks.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to assess the market and procure effective cyber solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial requirements through testing, deployment, and scaling.
• Establish product value propositions, performance metrics, and key indicators for security products.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of senior product managers to achieve organizational goals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Computer Science preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product and service requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in public cloud security.
• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
