As the Director, Global Tech Recruiting, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global recruiting team across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, including the CTO, CPO, and CISO, to align technical workforce architecture with long-term product roadmaps. Your daily responsibilities include architecting headcount capacity models, refining technical interview rubrics, and managing full-funnel recruiting analytics to ensure high hiring velocity and candidate quality. You will drive sourcing innovation and manage complex talent landscapes in the enterprise SaaS and cloud infrastructure sectors. To succeed, you must possess deep technical domain fluency, expertise in data-driven capacity planning, and the ability to navigate competitive markets while building a developer-centric employer brand for builders, researchers, and technical leaders within the identity and security space.

What we're looking for
Proven track record of leading and managing global, multi-tiered technical recruiting organizations in high-growth enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure environments.
Experience managing managers within a global recruitment team across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions.
Expertise in using full-funnel recruiting analytics, engineering capacity planning, and predictive forecasting to optimize hiring velocity.
Ability to navigate complex competitive talent landscapes and engineer compensation structures including equity and leveling calibrations.
Technical literacy and executive presence to advise and influence C-level leaders and senior engineering leadership.
Proficiency in developing technical interview rubrics, coding assessments, and system design evaluations.
Ability to build influential partnerships with cross-functional teams including Engineering Operations, FP&A, and Total Rewards.
Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in the San Francisco Bay Area, including two days per week in the office.
